Both Tim and Andrea were raised in Christian families and have benefited from the influence and teaching of faithful believers in their lives. They met during the second half of their training with New Tribes Mission and were married in March of 2001. They completed their training in 2002 and moved to Asia-Pacific November, 2002.

MINISTRY FOCUS
To plant churches and make disciples among unreached peoples in Asia-Pacific.
FRUITS OF OUR MINISTRY
2013 and 2014 were very intense years for the Ullums. In order to start presenting the gospel among the tribal people of Asia Pacific they first had to prepare materials. Having spent the past several years gaining fluency in the tribal language, both Tim and Andrea were able to work on this overwhelming task. Translating over 2,000 verses from the Old and New Testament, as well as writing 50 plus lessons which show the big story of God and His “good news” to mankind.
In April of 2014 they began teaching. After a year of teaching there is a group of about 10 people identifying themselves as Christ followers. January of 2016 the team has just finished teaching the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus in a neighboring village. Many of those studying have also identified themselves as trusting in Jesus. There are two other outreaches happening now in new home groups. Andrea has continued to develop literacy material to help people strengthen their ability to read in the tribal language. The hope is that these materials would serve the new believers as they learn to read God’s word for themselves. Andrea has also edited the Bible teaching lessons in order to use them among the youth of the village.
