Both Tim and Andrea were raised in Christian families and have benefited from the influence and teaching of faithful believers in their lives. They met during the second half of their training with New Tribes Mission and were married in March of 2001. They completed their training in 2002 and moved to Asia-Pacific November, 2002.
MINISTRY FOCUS
To plant churches and make disciples among unreached peoples in Asia-Pacific.
We are doing that through:
- 1. Ongoing support of the Kendawangan church planting ministry
- 2. Partnership with an Indonesian missionary training program
- 3. Leadership and consultant ministry with Ethnos360 fields and tribal teams
FRUITS OF OUR MINISTRY
We are grateful to have been 16 years serving in the Kendawangan ministry context. There are believers gathering and a taking steps to grow in their faith as a result of this ministry effort.
In 2020 we engaged in missionary training with Indonesian tribal believers and some Malaysian church leaders. There have been 5 graduating classes that are reaching out into least reached parts of their world.
We are supporting a variety of teams serving on the mission field. These teams are located in a variety of different ministry context. The primary goal is to support these teams in church planting and church development efforts.
OUR PRAYERS
For our relationships with the Lord and deliberate time in the Word and prayer.
Closeness as a couple and as a family.
Wisdom to train and homeschool our young children as the Lord would have us.
Wisdom to lovingly disciple and coach our adult children as the Lord would have us.
Wisdom to lead and provide relevant consulting to field leaders and tribal teams.
Encouragement and unity among the believers in the Kendawangan church. Also a growing awareness of their identity in Christ.
