For our relationships with the Lord and deliberate time in the Word and prayer.

Closeness as a couple and as a family.

Wisdom to train and homeschool our children as the Lord would have us.

Scripture translation and teaching lessons.

Language and translation helpers.

That close relationships would be established and strengthened with the people we live among.

Pray for the Ullums’ partners Paul and Irene Pries and Phil and Shelly Svoboda.

Encouragement and unity among the new believers. As well as a growing awareness of their identity in Christ.

As the Ullums look back on their years of service in Asia Pacific they realize that their team extends well beyond those “on the ground” in the village. Faithful brothers and sisters, friends have supported the Ullums for years.  Currently the Ullums have no outstanding financial needs.  Thank you so much for your gifts, prayers, packages, and emails this past year.  You have been a blessing to us!

There are one time gifts that can be made to the following projects:

Airstrip maintenance and development $ 1,500.

We anticipate the future need to build a team house that may include a common room or building. The house would provide our team with a permanent location that we can base out of. If in the future we move locations this can be used for periodic visits. This common building would serve as a meeting place. This would be used for kids club and weekly believers meetings. $8,000 - $10,000

CFC Commended Missionaries

To plant churches and make disciples among unreached peoples in Asia-Pacific.

Both Tim and Andrea were raised in Christian families and have benefited from the influence and teaching of faithful believers in their lives.  They met during the second half of their training with New Tribes Mission and were married in March of 2001.  They completed their training in 2002 and moved to Asia-Pacific November, 2002.

During Tim’s high school years he took many short-term trips overseas with the youth group at CFC.It was there he saw the need of so many who live outside the reach of the gospel. Andrea was burdened with world evangelism as a teenager and began praying that God would use her to share His message with those who did not knw Him. Both Tim and Andrea are convinced that there is salvation in no other name but Jesus Christ.

2013 and 2014 were very intense years for the Ullums. In order to start presenting the gospel among the tribal people of Asia Pacifi they first had to prepare materials. Having spent the past several years gaining fluency in the tribal language, both Tim and Andrea were able to work on this overwhelming task. Translating over 2,000 verses from the Old and New Testament, as well as writing 50 plus lessons which show the big story of God and His “good news” to mankind.

In April of 2014 they began teaching. After a year of teaching there is a group of about 10 people identifying themselves as Christ followers. January of 2016 the team has just finished teaching the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus in a neighboring village. Many of those studying have also identified themselves as trusting in Jesus. There are two other outreaches happening now in new home groups. Andrea has continued to develop literacy material to help people strengthen their ability to read in the tribal language. The hope is that these materials would serve the new believers as they learn to read God’s word for themselves. Andrea has also edited the Bible teaching lessons in order to use them among the youth of the village.
